Michael S. Sheppard  moved around quite a bit as a young child but calls Milwaukee, WI his home.  He spent 8th grade through high school in the Brown Deer School system which prepared him for college at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. 

In college Michael studied electrical engineering while also competing at a high level in Football as both an outside linebacker & safety.  Michael still holds the record for most solo tackles in a single season (53) and broke the record for career solo tackles as well.  This awarded him 1rst Team All-Conference, 2nd Team All-Region, a selection to the 2004 Cactus Bowl, & the opportunity to try out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

Outside of football and studies Michael spent 2 years as Student Athletic Activities Council President and ran a DJ business for 3 years.  Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual Michael spent one season with the Omaha Beef.

Michael and now resides in Germantown, WI with his beautiful wife Melissa & their children Davis & Diana.

 Michael enjoys working out, spending time with his friends & family, and actively supporting his friends that are still playing football.
